A Training Handbook on Sustainable Textile Financing is published
Within the framework of the STeP EcoLab project, the Mongolian Sustainable Finance Association developed a four-module Training Handbook on Financing Sustainable Textile Production designed for bank and financial institutions. This Handbook is intended for loan officers, trainers and product development officers from banks and financial institutions.
The main purpose of the Handbook is to equip the financial institutions with theory and practical knowledge on sustainable textile production and green financing and to provide an understanding of the features on how to appropriately identify and evaluate green projects. The four training Modules will aim to advance the knowledge of banking and financial officers to conduct company ESG risk assessment, identify green textile machineries, recognize sustainability certifications and develop loan products.
