A training module on household finance management developed for women herders and farmers
The IMPACT project trainers, who aim to empower women in the soums of Khentii and Arkhangai aimags, have developed four training modules on household finance management for women herders and vegetable farmers.
In this series of trainings, women will learn how to manage household finances properly and effectively, elaborate business projects, manage the finances of their groups and organizations, and build savings and e-business skills that are in demand today. As a result, women in the cashmere and vegetable sectors will have the advantage of being financially educated, independent, influencing financial decision-making, and creating conditions for gender equality at the local level.
